Too busy and too expensive.

There is a very small margin of opportunity to petition the review board for appeal in MA and I was very fortunate to meet the criteria. I started the process myself (2020) and became overwhelmed; realizing, I had one chance to be successful. Obtaining council guaranteed I made that attempt. As of recently (2023), my right to posses firearms has been fully restored in the Commonwealth. Attorney Guida did an excellent job representing me and charges a reasonable fee for services rendered. He is committed to defending the state laws on firearm regulations and is up for the challenge! Thank you Jason!

I am unsure how this law firms works however I called with a question for an attorney and whoever answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful and refuses to identify herself. I called back after being hung up on mid sentence just to be hung up on again then for the next call to be sent to voicemail! Customer service is in the toilet!

Speaking as a former Law Enforcement Officer, atty Guida is absolutely an expert in his field. Stop Googling and just call him.

Very rude and spoke to me as if I was a terrible person when I have no convictions. Saying just because I wasn't convicted didn't mean I didn't do it and it sounds like I have a answer for everything. I'm a person who had a rough life and have spent the last 5 years developing myself to become a better person; PEOPLE CHANGE AND GROW! I work with mentally ill adults to become independent and previously worked with kids! YOU CAN'T BE DANGEROUS AND DO MY JOB WORKINGWITH VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS! If he wasn't interested in supporting me he should have said that! Lawyers defend people not judge and crucify them! Update: The response I got was "honesty and straightforward isn't for everyone"; is a stretch to say. The way the conversation was conducted was as I was being contacted just to be insulted. There's no need to speak to someone like that and there was things that were false about the advice you gave. Additionally there was information I was provided that you seemed to lack so maybe you should study more to make up for your ignorance. You're a lawyer not a judge so keep your judgments to yourself and do your job which is to defend and support. All you had to say was that you were not interested simple. Newest update: I was approved for FID before I left Massachusetts when he said I’d never be able to get a license and own a firearm and did not believe I should be able to.

I used Mr. Guida's services some time ago. He took some time to get back to me on the minor legal issue that I had decades before. During the COVID pandemic, getting records back from the court took forever so the delay may not have been his fault. He was able to answer my questions and clarify the issue for me once he received the records from a CORI check. I was not a prohibited person and my issue was resolved. Since then I have moved out of Massachusetts and moved to a free state where I can enjoy my rights as a citizen without the nosense you have in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Guida and he was able to pinpoint the issue in question and answer that question with an exact response. His price for this service that took almost 3 months for a reply and it was not inexpensive. (I spoke with another attorney at that time and he was one and half time the price of Mr. Guida! So maybe he was not that expensive in the long run.) Mr. Guida was able to answer my question and put my mind at ease. I spoke to him on the phone and received a written reply from his office with the official CORI Check. I think he has very good expertise in this legal area he claims speciality in as relating to Massachusetts State law and related federal law. He was and is worth the price he charged for that piece of mind. Thank You Sir!

I reached out to Attorney Guida on recomendation of GOAL president. I was the victim of a "Red Flag" order and lost my LTC due to a vindictive (now ex) wife. Jason was upfront regarding his fees and services. His office worked closely with me and kept me up to date regarding my case. I am pleased to confirm I now have a valid FID and will be able to reapply for LTC in a short time. Too much back story for this review.
