Matthew is a hardworking, diligent attorney who knows the law and has his clients best interest in mind. I hired a large reputable firm and Matthew was my 6th attorney during a 3 year litigation. There were many times I wanted to quit but his tenacity and commitment to my case kept me going. At the end of the day, we won and I got what I was owed. I can’t give him enough praise and if I ever need another attorney his will certainly be my “go to guy.”

Had an issue with my house being falsely foreclosed on after I purchased. Matt did an exceptional job with contacting the right people and staying on top of things when the Big Bank look at me as a nobody. Ended up getting the case resolved and then some without ever going to court. Always kept me up to date on events as soon as they happened. Great guy to work with.

I planned to build a house in Cohasset and submitted an application to Cohasset Conservation Commission for their approval of my project. They denied my project, and I brought the matter to DEP and the Superior Court. In the process, I hired Attorney Mitchell to litigate my case. Attorney Mitchell was always prompt throughout the whole process, prepared very good argument for the court, and presented it to the court. I could see how well he prepared himself for my case through his arguments. In some sense, it was clear to me that he was better prepared than the judge herself. He argued from the law, not from innuendos, down to the last detail.
