Chris is amazing and professional. She has excellent people skills and communication. She is a fantastic mediator between two people trying to work out what is best for them and their children and communicate that in the best legal lingo for the judge. Her goal is to make both parties stay out of court in the future. She also went out of her way to help us when our paperwork was lost in the mail on its way to the courthouse during covid times. Divorce is one of the most emotional, difficult things we can go through. Christina was so genuine, open and honest from day one. We never felt rushed, and I believe her loyalty to her clients and respect for the law is beyond reproach. Christina believes that the process of divorce shouldn't be a difficult one for a couple to go through. She believes that by coming together as adults to reach an agreement that each person can live with is in the best interest of both people. Mediation is a good solution to the end of a marriage without all the drawn-out battles that litigation brings. She has seen what litigation can do to a divorcing couple, and much prefers the much more civil resolution of a marriage by mediation. Especially if there are children involved. Ultimately, divorced a couple with children needs to be able to work in the best interest of the children. By discussing what is fair, and coming up with an agreement together that makes sense for both people, the best interest of the children is honored. Christina is very knowledgeable about all aspects divorce and custody in Massachusetts—making any questions you may have easily answered. She is very personable and easy to work with. Her office is comfortable and offers a sense of privacy that is welcomed during this time that may be stressful. There is no public discussions in an open court for all to hear as in litigation. She ensures that the concerns of each person is heard, and makes sure each person feels confident in their agreement. Her fees are very reasonable and she encourages the divorcing couple to conclude the process in as few sessions as possible—keeping the cost far below what a litigation would cost.
