Overall I had a very smooth process working with Farias Family Law. Right off the bat it was made clear that they are looking out for your best interests. I went in for guidance and a piece of mind in this dealing with this process and that is what they provided. Even though I insisted on making certain decisions that legally was not in my best interest, they were understanding with my situation and did not pressure me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. In the end I am glad I worked with Farias and would recommend this law office.

My fiancé and I were looking for an attorney to help out through this critical and on going court case regarding the lively hood of our family, specifically my son. We had an initial phone call where we explained our situation and felt very hopeful. They asked for a $250 fee for a "strategy appt" that had to be paid within the next hour to secure the appointment. We were told that this appointment was to go over our options for what strategies to use that would work best for our case. We were told that in the meantime they review our case and set us up with one of two of their attorneys who we would meet on the call. When it came time for the "strategy appointment", the zoom call was with the owner, Bill, who spent the first 30 minutes of the 45 minute call looking over documents regarding our court case. He also reminded us that there is no guarantee that they would even take our case - and that the fee was just to review the case. Frustrated, my Fiancé spoke up about our time and money being wasted. Bill, The owner, was aggressive and unempathetic to us or our situation. I would not recommend ...

I found out by accident that my wife had been deceiving me for a long time. We had been looking to downsize for a while. When she wanted kayak racks on her car even though I had them on mine. Who put kayak racks on there car in the middle of winter? That's when I confronted her and she admitted she contacted an attorney. My response was to get my own. I googled and picked one in the next town over. I am convinced, if I didn't do this I could've been raked over the coals. It put pressure on the situation and she came to an agreement equitable to both parties. whenever I had questions, they were always answered within 24 hrs. We both got over the bitterness and realized we can't drag this on forever. We came to an agreement and the formalities of which I knew nothing were handled professionally and explained.

So I just got off the phone and awaiting a return call from an attorney with reading the reviews in very optimistic I've never writing a review solely based interaction with receptionist and reviews I will update if necessary

Hire this firm, you will be happy that you did. Attorney Farias and Attorney Casey Karabin were amazing during the entire process of my divorce and I cannot be more pleased. They were thoughtful, professional and most important (to me) quick to respond whenever I emailed them or their team. They are also well respected within the legal community and that was very apparent to me during their cordial interactions with opposing attorneys and the court itself. They get an A+ on every detail to me!
