Horrible people

My situation was very different and confusing as we were dealing with an out of state divorce and child custody. It was just weeks before the trial date that I got new information and needed to dismiss the case in MA. I live in SC and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Farias Family Law went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. They communicated with me through the whole process, keeping me up to date, and dismissed the case for us. This was my most difficult year and by far the most stressful as the previous mediator we worked with, misinformed us. I appreciated the honesty and help from Farias Family Law and truly enjoyed working with Nina there. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Farias Family Law!

I was scared and nervous because I had never had any trouble with the law and had no idea what to expect and my original attorney I met with was rude and made me feel awful, like I was on trial and ultimately never showed to our scheduled meeting on Friday at noon August 12th. I called my friend in a panic who knew of a few good lawyers she could recommend with Bill Farias being one of them. I called and the Farias Law Firm answered promptly and professionally; then a consult over the phone and bam! all my ducks were in a row for the hearing on that following Wednesday for which went in my favor and went fast in court. Bill Farias is kind and caring, right to the point and professional at it. He knows the law and explained it well to me and did a great job in my defense. He was awesome! My husband was in the court room and said the same that he was awesome. Don't know what I would have done without him and calling me back on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, seriously helped me and relieved me of my worries. The impact on my life is profound. I've learned so much in a short period of time about the court system and that there are good and caring attorney's out there who even answer the phone on a holiday weekend. Amen :)

I highly recommend Attorney Farias, he helped me with my child custody case. Whenever I had a question or concern he would always get back to me as soon as possiable and I never ever felt like I didn't know what was going on in my case, I had never had to deal with anything like this and it was very scary but Attorney Farias made all that fear disappear from our first meeting. Bill Farias is an experienced family lawyer, he is a good listener. He helped me with the difficult task of my divorce after my case was taken off the list at my 1st hearing.
