Rachel is an outstanding attorney; I am quite pleased with her practice, the timeliness of the deliverable, prompt follow-up e-mails, and clear, concise, easy to understand answers to all of my questions. Before retaining Rachel, I had several initial conversations, reviewed my circumstances, and briefly discussed her 31 years of experience. Rachel's retainer was highly competitive, and the cost/benefit return was terrific! Immediately after retaining Rachel, I received the initial paperwork to file for my divorce. Two weeks later, I spoke with Rachel to review our options and agreed on a separation agreement. We did not know much about my ex-wife situation concerning the retention of council and a few other issues. As such, Rachel mailed our separation agreement to my ex-wife with a firm but gentle letter requesting her to sign and return the proposed agreement within 14 days. Rachel received a counter proposal from my ex-wife a short time later. Rachel reviewed the counter proposal and called me with her assessment and a few suggested changes. I agreed with her suggestions, and we returned the amended separation agreement almost immediately after our call. I am now waiting for my ex-wife to sign Rachel's amended separation agreement. I am confident that upcoming amendments will continue to be addressed in the prompt, professional, and client-friendly manner I have come to expect from Rachel. I am delighted with Rachel; I would recommend her without hesitation.
