I am currently in the midst of a challenging divorce, and I cannot express enough appreciation for the outstanding support and advocacy Attorney Miller has provided so far. Andy has gone above and beyond for me ! Divorce is one of the toughest most emotional time in someone’s life . I can’t say enough about Andy he’s the nicest most kind man and he’s NOT afraid to put up a good fight when necessary. The staff are also amazing kind & treat you with the utmost respect .

Over complicated everything in order to increase the amount he could bill. Never presented the idea of simple joint petition when both would have agreed to thing (something I did not learn about until later). Took a whole bunch of unnecessary actions and filed unnecessary motions/subpoenas in order to bill more hours.

Attorney Miller is always cognizant of his client's needs. He is always willing to discuss settlement when it is reasonable but will not hesitate to bring disputed issues to a judge if and when it becomes necessary.

Beware. The only legal service Andy Miller provided was appearing in court. He made no proactive actions in my divorce case, not even requesting information from the other attorney. I had to prompt him to receive any strategy regarding my case and when I expressed my concerns of poor legal service my complaints were met with direct hostility.

Attorney Miller took on my case at the 11th hour and did a masterful job representing me in a complex child support case. There were lots of issues to contend with, but he quickly zeroed in on the most important points and argued eloquently and zealously on my behalf. He clearly knows the law and was able to point out the strengths and weaknesses of my arguments, as well as explain how this particular judge was likely to respond to each of the issues. His knowledge of the law as it applied to my case as well as his insights into the judge's background were impressive. Before the hearing, he combed through my financial statement, catching several minor errors that could only help my case. He was thoroughly prepared when we went before the judge and he presented a strong case on my behalf. I couldn't have asked for better representation than that provided by Attorney Miller and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a divorce and family law attorney.

In a case in which I was battling a bitter ex wife and false documents presented to the court to attempt to prove I was in contempt of my child support order, Andy kept his cool. While I was stressed, he did what had to be done to protect me from the onslaught. And when all was done, I was cleared of the charge of contempt and the truth came out. His calm approach and court demeanor won my case. And when I say won, I mean 100% victory. My child support order was dropped completely, allowing me to deal with my son directly without the interference of a bitter and vindictive ex.
