“Beware. The only legal service Andy Miller provided was appearing in court. He made no proactive actions in my divorce case, not even requesting information from the other attorney. I had to prompt him to receive any strategy regarding my case and when I expressed my concerns of poor legal service my complaints were met with direct hostility.”

Potential for over-complicating cases to increase billable hours
“Over complicated everything in order to increase the amount he could bill. Never presented the idea of simple joint petition when both would have agreed to thing (something I did not learn about until later). Took a whole bunch of unnecessary actions and filed unnecessary motions/subpoenas in order to bill more hours.”
