Rude and unhelpful staff
“The worst place to call them again it's Massachusetts!!! Can't even speak to somebody , they send you a form there email then you have to wait a week .. ridiculous”

Lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to take on certain cases
“No consumer law attorneys. No Attorneys return calls and resent the referral. I spent an entire year calling for Consumer Law Attorneys. Absolutely no one would help, lucky if I got a call back. They were all rude and refused to take a case EVEN if I paid them $1500.00 so believe me, I am quite right and it has been an absolutely horrific experience.”
