I really appreciate Mr. Goodhine for the work he has done for my case. He was very responsive, helpful and professional throughout my case. He is a great and caring attorney, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

At first glance Goodhines looked like the perfect attorney. Well groomed, well spoken, and said everything I wanted to hear. After that first time and after we all agreed that no money was owed he told me call me in a week so you can come down to my office and we'll put together a solid defense (sounds good to me).. I called a week later, left a message and nothing, no response. Did the same thing twice or 3 times a week for the next 3 months. I only received ONE CALL BACK FROM MR.GOODHINES AND IT WAS TO INSULT ME AND TELL ME HE DOESNT APPRECIATE ME GOING AROUND COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM! This only happened after I went to court clerk's office and asked if he had a new number by any chance because I couldn't seem to reach him. Clerks office sent him an email saying I (his client) couldn't get ahold of him. He went on to call me a liar without knowing that I expected this to happen therefore recorded and kept record of every call and message. When he saw that I really in fact did that he toned it down and told me it was all a misunderstanding from both parts which it wasn't but ok. He asked for another 3 months continuence on my court date only to do the same thing all over again.... I went to court yesterday and he wasn't there. No call, no show on a date that he specifically chose. The clerk magestrate got ahold of him after hours of texting and me explaining to the judge I couldn't get intouch with him, only to to receive a TEXT! FROM GOODHINES ASKING FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY!! I GUESS HE TOOK THAT AS A SECOND COMPLAINT FROM MY PART AND LIKE I HE WARNED ME HE DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT!!.... 100% EXACTLY HOW IT WENT. THERE WAS NEVER A FALL OUT, A MISUNDERSTANDING. SOME PEOPLE SIMPLY DONT WORK WELL TOGETHER BUT EVEN THAT WASN'T THE CASE. HE JUST GOT PAID AND NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN!!

He took over my case from another lawyer and did all the necessary background information needed. He was compassionate and carefully reviewed my situation and was ultimately successful in court on my case.

First, of let me start by saying Mr goodhines is the best lawyer out there soon as I contacted him, he got right to work he even gave me his personal number for me to contact him he even worked with me on his fees I was locked up for trafficking and intent to distribute he explained to me my options and what we needed to do he filled for a motion to suppress all evidence and a motion to dismiss the case took about a year when it was time for the hearing it was like an episode out of law and order the way he worked his magic after it was set and done my case was dismissed thanks to Mr goodhines I will highly recommend him to any one that is facing any type of criminal charges. Thanks for going all the way in for me he met all my expectations and for that I am thankful thanks again Mr goodhines

My son was involved in a motor vehicle stop in which one of the passengers had drugs on him. The police charged everyone in the car with the drugs, even though no one knew what the other person had on him at the time. Attorney Goodhines met with us and took time to carefully listen to us as my son explained what had happened. Mr. Goodhines was patient, and made sure we gave him all of the details of our son's case. Jim methodically took us through the steps involved in a criminal case, and he identified that we could challenge the evidence in a hearing called a motion to suppress. Attorney Goodhines explained the process completely, and after a hearing, the judge not only dismissed the charges against my son, she suppressed the evidence recovered from his friend. I would strongly recommend Mr. Goodhines as a lawyer - he is a thoughtful and caring lawyer, something you don't hear people say enough anymore!
