Alan Sharaf of SKM Title and Closing services represented me in the process of obtaining a mortgage for a new house acquisition. I have never, in my 79 years, experienced a more effective attorney and I have worked with many. The stakes were high in this mortgage pursuit given the rising interest rate climate. The process was very time sensitive in that I had a lock on a low interest rate that would expire had not the mortgage process been executed smoothly and without glitches.Furthermore, I was in California and the property was in Massachusetts adding complexity to the transaction. I was a nervous Nellie, often frustrated by the massive amount of information required by the bank that was considering the mortgage. Alan was an astounding communicator throughout the entire process, answering my questions and concerns within hours...at nights and even on weekends. He was always upbeat and in good humor. He answered every question, and I had lots, clearly and quickly. His collaboration and coordination with the lender was flawless. And when the loan papers finally arrived for the scores of notarized signatures that were required, Alan and his staff took great pains to ensure that the signature instructions were clear and precise. As I said at the outset of this review, I have never experienced a more competent attorney and would unequivocally recommend Alan and his firm. They are the best at what they do.

The worst closing I have ever been involved in! Dustina TWICE tried to demand she hold funds from us. The last because she wanted paperwork she already possessed, and withheld $1000. for over 10 days. She alienated everyone else involved in the transaction, real estate company, attorney and us.
