Worked with Cara for closing a home purchase recently. Communicated through email and phone fairly frequently, and the pricing was normal. One thing to notice though, is to be prepared the extra time for traffic. Boston to Sudbury can take about an hour going west.

She was very patient and answered many questions, explaining complicated details until we were satisfied. She makes the process easy with to-do checklists, her communication is excellent with direct phone and email access, and when it comes to signing she is a notary and brings in witnesses for you. I consulted with three other estate planning attorneys during my initial search in the Sudbury/Wayland/Framingham area, and am happy we chose Ellen. Her fees are in line with the others but her customer service, attention to detail, and follow-up puts her ahead of the rest.

Mother on her death bed and now finding the this lawyer prepared multiple documents but never assured they were signed - and refused to answer a few simple questions during the chaos our family is going through. The stereotype of sounding professional - but show me the money first type of professional.
