Jair Robles was kind compassionate deligent and caring to me in a very dark time in my life. I appreciated his calm and positive demeanor he helped me and was always available and helpful!!!!

I currently am working with them as of 12/6/21. I am hoping the process going forward is as smooth as the on boarding. I was denied on personal filing for SSDI as 100% disabled veteran. I hope Rob Levine will be able to get my case solved and help me with the things I need. Glaiza Dela Vega was very helpful and waited while I took care of errands and ensured they have all the information they need. I hope my case worker responds soon and I will update my review based off the process and how things are going. Edit: 5/28/22 As a veteran I should have been able to get veteran preference and case dealt with within 6-8 weeks. It has not happened. Paperwork I should have received to go to my doctor was never received by me and when I spoke to my case manager I was told they had nothing for him to fill out. I am 100% disabled just off mental health and have not worked with gainful employment since 2018. Now I am on a hearing level and they are telling me it will be minimum a year to get a hearing. They were guaranteed the maximum $6000 the moment they took the case. I am not sure what I want to do going forward. Reaching someone has been the hardest thing since they took my case over. Someone responding can take over a week at times. Edit: 8/5/22. I had to let Rob Levine and Associates go as my representation with SSA. As a 100% disabled veteran it should have been a open and closed case. So when I called I would leave messages and after a week still not get a response. I would call and have to get supervisors involved. They would call back and eventually my case manager would call. After a while of having to do this eventually no one called me back after their phone systems were changed to connect you directly with your case manager. I submitted paperwork that I was told the never got the email. I had sent it to the 2 supervisors along with case manager. I kept asking was their paperwork I needed to get and was told do not worry SSA would pull necessary paperwork and their was nothing they needed to do. I asked during reconsideration if my doctor needed to fill anything out and was told no, but then received some when I got to the hearing. I was told that it would take a year before they could deal with my case once it went to the hearing, even though I have gotten it scheduled in October by myself. Veterans do not use this service. It is a waste. SSA has helped me through the process and told me everything I needed to have. They found paperwork mislabeled and fixed it for me. They have been extremely helpful because I am a veteran. This is a waste of time and whether or not you win the case, Rob Levine does not seem to care. They do as little as possible and when they are already owed $6,000 if they won the case when they started, you would think they would actually try and they do not. VETERANS WORK WITH YOUR LOCAL SSA OFFICE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU. If you have not watched the Big Conn on Apple TV, then watch it. It shows attorneys committing fraud and people losing their benefits, and the attorney got no punishment for a while. I feel like this is such a scam and I feel taken advantage of when all I wanted was some help.

Jair Robles helped Ms obtain SSDI in what was a very difficult case. He stuck with it, kept me updated all the way. Very personable. Love the firm.
