Attorney Alex Nesson was an awesome Lawyer he was very honest did a thorough job representing us in our child custody and divorce proceedings that my husband was granted full and legal custody of his child and has won over many times the issues we have encountered I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and trustworthy and hard worker for his client he has been our attorney for the past 10 years and i would not change it for anyone else

Our family was under siege following a report and DCF investigation alleging neglect of our children. Our first attorney did little to stop this juggernaut, and we fired him. We were extremely fortunate to have found and hired Alex Nesson. He was not only able to see the injustice very quickly, he was also able to map out a strategy to protect our interests moving forward. With his guidance and advocacy the case was closed immediately following the “assessment”. Additionally, his preparation and vigorous arguing of the facts of the case at the “fair hearing” ensured that the decision to “support the 51A” was reversed by the hearing officer. We strongly recommend attorney Alex Nesson to any family faced with an investigation by DCF.

Had a very serious issue that caused my small family a great deal of mental hardship. Let's just say you were accused of doing something which you absolutely did not do! I find it amazing how so called professionals just "create" events based on what I don't know? We are thankful and more grateful that Alex was the person we called. Alex Nesson represented me twice in the last few years. First when I took my son's father to court for custody and again this past year when my son's father brought me back to court. I was very happy with the outcome both times. I find that he responds in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable. I felt that he was very prepared both times in court which helped make my situation a lot easier. I have recommended him to a couple of people and will continue to recommend him. Hopefully I do not ever have to go back to court but if I do I absolutely would hire him again.

Alex helped with my daughters custody hearings. At times would be unresponsive but in general when we needed him, he was there and had some good insight. Billing was as expected with no surprises. Would certainly go back to Alex in this situation and likely if needed in other scenario's.

Don't be fooled by the initial consultation. Very poor service. He doesn't make any effort to find out anything about the case. I'm not sure how many times he asked if there was a child involved in the divorce. I know lawyers work with a lot of client but I felt like I was a new client every time I met him or talk to him
