My family has used Atty Masys for our estate planning, and most recently for the sale of our home in MA. She has been nothing short of exceptional, as has the whole office staff. They are professional, responsive, and truly helpful, even going out of their way to help us sign closing docs on a Sunday as we were moving out of state and our schedule was busy. They made the closing of our home so much smoother than it was buying it in the first place, and we’re very grateful to Caitlin for everything she has done for us. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Brian & his team for over 10 years now. I can't say enough good things about everyone in this office! I've even closed all my own personal transactions with DLG because I know that they will handle everything with professionalism and thoroughness. I used Downey Law Group for the purchase of my home recently and cannot say enough good things about the office as well as the support staff.
Brian Downey and Caitlyn Masys are the two I worked with and both were so responsive ad helpful. they answered my endless questions and Janet, one of their paralegals was fantastic to work with too. She went above and beyond what anyone else would do.
I would not hesitate to use them again and have already referred them to quite a few friends and family.

I recently refinanced my home and was very satisfied with how smoothly the closing process went. The Attorney and staff I dealt with were wonderful. The documents were explained to me in a way to make them easily understandable. And the closing took less than an hour from start to finish. I will definitely be using Downey Law Group again, as I learned they also do estate planning and probate law too.

Brian represented the sellers of the house my family and I just purchased. Working with Brian was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!. He was unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude.
It was so bad that after making the P&S as painful as possible, he didn’t even review our closing docs by our scheduled closing day, thus delaying our closing; seemingly without a care in the world. The delay cost us significantly as our contractors weren’t able to start working on time. He didn’t even make an excuse, it just seemed like he could care less.
I wouldn’t recommend Brian to anyone.

This office provided my husband and I with THE most unprofessional closing on our property I could have ever imagined! Very unorganized and unprofessional! Not only did I bring an issue to the attorney’s attention, but I was told I was wrong and not to be concerned, they are professionals! Ya right! Here we are day two and still no money for the house we no longer own! Do not use this office at any cost!
