After months of not knowing quite what to do, I was referred to Jim by a friend who is also an attorney. I met with Jim and immediately felt like everything was going to be OK. I was impressed by his knowledge, professional demeanor, and very strong support staff. My case was intimidating to most lawyers and I think some ran in the other direction, because it was clear this case was going to require a trial. Jim was not afraid to get down and dirty. This guy actually loves the courtroom. Too many lawyers want the settlement, and that is not always the best move for the client. I am very pleased with the way my case was handled, and finally, I am not getting abused at work. It took some work, but Jim never wavered. Great experience all around. Jim's administrative staff, and his performance in the courtroom reminded me that Lawyers are part of the solution, not the problem.

From start to finish Jim and his team made the purchase of my first home seamless and simple. It was a stressful process dealing with realtors, banks, and sellers, but when it came to the closing Jim was well prepared. With over 28 years of experience, Jim is a great advocate to have in your corner when dealing with such a large purchase.
