Pat Straccia is the king of due diligence, I had a really big meeting set up for 10 AM and even though it was a nuisance he changed it to 11 for me which doesn’t sound like much but to me it meant everything. One thing I can say about Pat is he will make sure you’re protected.

Pat and his team worked with me to close a real estate transaction. He worked with me through a challenging process and provided amazing support through everything. Even after everything closed and there were some last items to tie up he continued to work with me through it all. Very grateful for Pat's assistance and hard work on my behalf.
