I was introduced to Mindy through a lifelong friend when I was in deep trouble with a never ending conflict with my ex. Mindy offered direct and practical advice that allowed me to avoid the never ending cycle of attorney's fees with no solution and ongoing conflict. She represented me through a number of complex complaints and always provided advice that was appropriate for the circumstances. In our most recent battle, Mindy recognized the futility of a protracted battle and recommended High Conflict Parenting Courses. I was skeptical at first, but after completing the course (a lengthy process), the war is over and I am now working with my ex to draft a completely new Agreement (without any attorney involvement). If you are smart, Mindy will be the best attorney you can hire (I have had several over the years). If you want to keep fighting with your ex about any and every thing that comes up, she will be the same as any other attorney. The key difference is that Mindy will be very clear with you about what to do and if you listen to her, you will arrive at a great outcome. I was lucky to find her and if you are unfortunate enough to need a family law attorney, choosing Mindy will be a great decision!

Justin is great. Courteous, responsive and professional. As a first time homebuyer with a process that took over 4 months to close. Justin was always responsive and never left a detail out. He explained everything to me as the process was moving and stayed in touch with me along the way. He took his time helping me understand the legal terms and made sure I understood. It was very pleasant experience working with Cliff, he handled our closing and worked with us throughout the purchase of our home.
