there was a small hiccup on the transaction, Mary kept monitoring the registration, and notify me 1.5 hrs before the other party notify us.

Mary was pleasant to work with. She knew what she was doing the whole time and worked very diligently during the P&S writing and some negotiations at the end to ensure I was covered and protected. She was also the closing attorney. She was on time, came in prepared and ready to go which made the process quick and smooth. I totally recommend her to anyone.

Mary handled a real estate transaction for me and my spouse. Since we were about to embark on a trip outside the country, Mary had to handle all aspects of the sale which included back and forth with the buyer and his attorney. Upon our return, we were informed everything was complete and we would be closing in a few days. Mary answered all our questions quickly and provided input that saved us considerable time and insured a smooth transaction. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend her.

I recently sold my condo and bought a single family home and Mary Hart was my attorney in both instances. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Not only was she able to explain the various contracts in plain English, but she was also available to help whenever I needed it.
