I was extremely lucky to become Kevin's client during a very difficult time in my life. I Have hired kevin to handle matters for me in the district, family, and superior courts. Time and again kevin has proven to be trustworthy, informed, strategic, dilligent , honest,and perhaps most importantly, someone who cares about what is going on with his client. Met with and hired Kevin for support and legal advice during a college disciplinary hearing where our son was an assault victim, but treated as a criminal. A few friends and I were planning to move in together, and had already begun the relevant paperwork when one of them was laid off at work, forcing us to renege and decline to sign the lease. Unfortunately, I had already paid a broker fee, and the broker refused to return it on the authority of another document I signed during the application process. Kevin drafted up a lethal 93A for me and helped negotiate the return of almost all my money--we didn't even have to go to court. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone in my position.
