Margaret and David are always a pleasure to work with. They have handled my families needs for over 20 years with not only their professionalism, but more importantly their genuine and caring interest in our families evolving needs. Like many people, I have a lot of questions regarding Wills, Trusts, Long-Term care, etc. Margaret and David always patiently walk my family through the processes and legalese, to ensure we're 100% comfortable before moving forward.

After my mother died, I looked for someone who could advise me as I closed out her estate and trust. I am so glad I eventually found David, Margaret and Mary! Individually and collectively, they made the process as painless and transparent as it could possibly be, while keeping the cost down by advising on the parts I could do for myself. David helped me understand and complete Massachusetts informal probate, Margaret prepared the MA estate tax filing, and Mary stewarded the closing on the sale of a trust-owned house. Each of them were friendly, responsive, timely and organized, and always willing to answer questions. I will use Beliveau Law again myself and recommend them without reservation.

I had a very unique case. My partner and I were together for 30+ years. Due to his diving accident, we were advised not to get married due to his medical bills. We built a beautiful house together for his needs. Unfortunately in 2020 after a routine surgery, he developed an infection. Regrettably he passed away 💔 Because the doctor would not listen to me, or respect that I knew him better than anyone 😞 I filed a wrongful death suit. Yet we were not married. Therefore, any compensation would go to his parents and brother. NH doesn't recognize common law marriage. However, there is an exception to the law. David Beliveau filed the motions to get the exception heard. This is very unique. Very few of these cases are granted. David was relentless in getting my case heard. David sent out affidavits to family and friends to prove my partner and I met the criteria for the exception. The judge wanted my witnesses to testify in court. David was prepared in court. He questioned all my witnesses on the stand in court. Conclusion, We WON!!! I am now legally married to the love of my life!!! I am forever grateful to David for ALL he has done for me!!

Margaret was extremely helpful with our Estate Planning. Everything was explained in detail and easy to understand. Zoom meetings were easily held. Only one in person meeting was needed for the signing. We recommend Beliveau Law Group.

I have been working with another estate attorney on an irrevocable trust for my mother and had a question my attorney didn’t know the answer to and told me to call a CPA.
