Sábado assinei um contrato, e Segunda liguei na parte da manhã para cancelar! Com muita existência, por mensagem via WhatsApp e telefone. Mencionaram que por curto prazo conseguiria cancelar o contrato sem minha presença presencial. No fim da tarde me mandaram um mensagem 06:07pm mencionando que a solicitação do cancelamento deveria ser feito por meio de uma solicitação escrita , mais o mesmos não me informaram , pois comentei que se fosse o caso , poderia comparecer ao escritório para cancelar o contrato antes de serem anexado no sistema e não serem cobrado taxa de cancelamento por curto prazo do processo 23/05/22

I would highly recommend Gardini Law. My wife and I had an interview with USCIS to remove conditions on her green card. We were afraid because we were not living together and thought we might be denied because of it. My wife found Gardini Law and they really helped us with everything, preparing us in ways we didnt even think of and giving us crucial advice for the interview process. First and foremost A simple Thank you is not enough for all the work the Gardini Law Group has done for me and my Family. From day one since we met and spoke about my case I had the certainty that everything we’ll be alright that I had made the right choice. From Start to finish from my DACA and Adjustment Status and now a GreenCard holder and soon a Citizen 🇺🇸 in this Country to which I call home, everyone from thr secretary answering my calls and office visits always so Polite and patient, Yasmin handling my Daca case and Monique and Durcio my Adjusment Of Status everyone so attentive and polite in keeping me informed and making sure i understood everything and that I had all the right paperwork and documents, and finally today after my Final interview over Zoom with the Judge I was Granted my Greencard. Happy you say? I was actually happier to see that all the Team around me was happier for the result, and that speaks volume not only to me as a person but professionally, did i say he said in a year everything would be done? Which it was at first i didnt want to hold him to it but to see it happening was impressive and that’s what i call backing up your word with work. Very disappointed with his work and team. Turnover rate at this firm is high. A process that could have been resolved in a short time took years to resolve because of lack of due diligence, peofessionalism and share interest.
