I had a very complex and difficult tenant situation with many legal issues, including COVID, disability. Non payment, among others. Attorney Alford did a great job with a complex situation and thankfully help resolve the matter without a expensive full blown court battle. Very grateful. I hope to never need his services again, lol, but if I do he is an expert in Massachusetts housing law, reasonably priced, and has a canny ability to find the path of least resistance.
