Used their firm to declare bankruptcy almost 4 years ago and they were great. Recently I was looking to purchase a home while still in chapter 13 because I could not rent an apartment. No apartments would touch me because the bankruptcy was not discharged. After working with Evan and Virgilio over there He was able to contact the chapter 13 trustee's office and get the approval letter sent over on very short notice. I have my own attorney but he does not do bankruptcies so I was referred to a firm to handle this for me. After the initial meeting a month had gone by and I had left several messages for a call back and could not make contact with anyone. I had phoned my attorney to advise him of my disappointment. I did not know it had yet been referred to another firm. Within 36 hours I was contacted by Perez-Kudzma (a gentlemen named Evan) who took the time to communicate with me via phone, txt or email and always responded quickly to address my concerns...I had several. Once this contact was made, he explained everything and made me feel more at ease. I was expecting to meet him the day I had to appear but was instead met by a person I had never communicated with but she was very professional, personable and informative and walked me through the process I was about to experience in every detail. I probably won't have enough words to thank Evan and Carmeneliza. I literally lived a nightmare for the past two years. Now I can breath, I can sleep, and I can enjoy my life all over again.
