Strong Advocate through the Pandemic! Even during the pandemic, Attorney Ruggieri successfully negotiated a Stipulation for Judgment on all post-divorce issues without requiring a single Court appearance or hearing. I worked with Lisa and her office to resolve a long overdue Custody agreement. I fully expected it to be a long drawn out experience. Upon meeting Lisa, she jumped into action and immediately drew up the appropriate paperwork, went to he courthouse the next day and the process was begun. She fully listened to my needs, and creatively drew up an agreement that met my requests, and allowed me to win my custody agreement without even having to go to court. Not only did that prevent me from having multiple hearings, it quickly and efficiently resolved the case. I also am receiving the remaining balance of my retainer!!
