There is a reason other lawyers hire him - he knows what he is doing, he is effective in court, and he works really hard to get it right.

My divorce was unnecessarily long, drawn out and costly out over an excruciating 4 years. My ex is problematic; he is unreasonable and unwilling to negotiate. He was not equatable or fair with me before, during or after our divorce. As soon as he “legally” could, without merit, he sued me for modification/termination of support. Because of a conflict with the firm I had used for the divorce and the firm my ex had retained for the complaint, I was referred to Cal Heinle. This difficult man now became Cal’s problem, and if anyone was up for the task is was Cal. Throughout the whole ordeal Cal was kind, thorough and understanding. Unfortunately as these things go, we will be heading back in to court within the next few months on a related but different issue. Cal began attempts to settle this matter over year ago and has done everything I have asked in an endeavor to prompt my former spouse to comply with the terms of our divorce agreement.
