I can't say too much about my own particular situation thanks to the terms of the settlement Judi got for me, and of course the language in the agreement made it clear that neither party was to assume that they prevailed; suffice it to say, from the perspective of the other party involved, it's hard to write a check with that many zeroes on it and feel like you are winning, unless perhaps you are at an art auction.
