My experience with Kate was I couldn’t ask for a better attorney to represent me during my most chaotic and difficult time. She is a shark when it comes down to children in a difficult matter . Attorney Kelly is the best lawyer possible not just because she is very knowledgeable, experienced and skillful. She cares and listens. Court is a stressful situation. Kate has a great legal mind and good experience with the people in the Suffolk legal system. Her legal strategy for my case was aggressive without being reckless. Her composure is consistent and professional even when opposing council is coming off like an unmade bed. I was proud to have her as my lawyer as I feel we showed the court respect, honesty, and a clear case as to why opposing counsel should fail.

Tim cut through all the complexity and confusion to zero in on the details that actually mattered, then led us to a satisfactory settlement with an absolute minimum of pain and effort. I hope I’ll never need his services again but, if I do, I know exactly who to call.
