Needing an eviction is never a fun situation. But Jan and Melissa made it easier than I planned. I called them and explained the situation and they had the tenant served the same day! They made sure everything was done quickly on their end so it never got delayed. Unfortunately I have another eviction now, but I knew exactly who to call and they got right on it!
