Katie is handling a real estate transaction for my wife and I. Turns out the sellers have missed on getting permits signed after work was done and a compliance form through the town of Shrewsbury. I would highly reccomend her. She is highly knowledgeable on this area and have had nothing but trust within the whole process. She looks at everything. Im a contractor and some of them I had missed.
