I cannot recommend this law office based on my experience during my divorce proceedings. Throughout the entire process, my lawyer repeatedly forgot important information and even claimed he had not received basic details I had provided, such as the fact that I have a child. This lack of attention to detail among other issues made me feel as though I was not receiving the fair representation I deserved. While they did work with me on accepting monthly payments after my initial deposit was depleted, it was evident that my representation diminished significantly once it was clear they would not be receiving another lump sum payment from me. Everyone has the right to fair representation, and I do not feel that this law office was able to provide that. The skilled guidance promised by Mr Callahan himself after I met with him in person and pleaded for a strong, fierce, and committed attorney, was simply not reflected in my experience. I felt like just another number in their system, and as a result, I was left picking up the pieces years after my divorce. I am now forced to spend more money working with another firm that is taking the time to provide that skilled guidance by asking the right questions and gathering the necessary documentation to help prove that my divorce agreement was neither fair nor reasonable. Also assist me with, at minimum, regaining the full sum of my family inheritance of which was spent on the house my ex-husband is currently residing in. Which, in my opinion, and the opinion of anybody I have spoken to about this is the minimum that this law firm should have done for me. I regret choosing this office for such an important matter and hope others can find a more attentive, competent, and compassionate legal team.

Still very much hoping to save our marriage, recent events forced me to learn more about the process. Attorney Callahan was extremely helpful and informative. He has the patience to help you sort through your story and situation. Impressed me with his knowledge. Going to hang in there a bit more, but would call David Callahan if I do need to proceed.
