I hired this firm for my divorce proceedings in Hampden County, MA, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the high costs, I saw no real benefit to my case. I felt unprepared and unclear about the agreements I signed in court, it was never explained to me, which resulted in a poorly negotiated temporary order that I am now stuck with for months. Throughout the process, it seemed as though Attorney White was overpowered by opposing counsel, lacking firmness in her stance. The opposing counsel presented their case fully, but there was little to no counterargument from Attorney White. As a result, the temporary order and child support terms absolutely destroyed me. After enduring this for some time, I decided to hire a new attorney to take over. I’d strongly recommend finding an alternative firm—especially if you are a man, the party filing for divorce, or dealing with Hampden Probate Court.

He does not fall for the other sides tricks and manipulation. If you want an attorney who knows how to fight for you and be by your side, Attorney Moscatel and his paralegal are who you want by your side.
