After we filled out the pre-planning questionaire, Todd explained our options for moving forward. I appreciated how up-front he was with the cost of the different estate plan options. Once we made our choice, Todd put together a comprehensive set of documents, meeting with us regularly to review drafts. Once we finalized and signed everything, he gave us helpful instructions for moving forward. I have a policy for Long-Term Health Care Benefits with a major company that I took out 15 years ago. This past year when I filed a claim they approved some of the claims but denied others.
