Do not give your money to this attorney.

At very short notice, Angela Harkness helped me with a real estate transaction for my mother, who entered hospice care a few days ago, and we are trying to get her affairs in order. My mother has end-stage dementia so I had to use a POA to do this transaction, which was also out of state... so it was not the most straightforward task, but Angela made it go smoothly and now I have one less thing on my plate to take care of my mom. Kudos and a million thanks to attorney Harkness for making this difficult time a little easier.
