Kristin Bullwinkle and her team are terrific. During the hardest days of my life, they took care of everything. They are very organized, they listen to the things they don't need to hear and are true advocates for their clients. I went through two horrible lawyers before finding Bullwinkle law and wasted a lot of time and money, so I wish I had found them from the get go. For anyone going through the struggles, pain and depression of divorce, do yourself a favor and trust your case with these professionals.

My experience with Attorney Bullwinkel is one of admiration and respect. She is an amazing concilliator, with vast knowledge of the legal system. I was unable to bring on another attorney of my own, and therefore had to represent myself. While maintaining a neutral position, she ensured our concilliation session stayed on track, and offered valuable input throughout this very difficult, and emotionally overwhelming time. Mediation will never end with either side feeling like they achieved all they wanted, but from my experience it never will. Fortunately, Attorney Bullwinkel was able to facilitate a mutual agreement, and for that I am forever grateful. I am very fortunate to have Kathryn Yates as my attorney. She is smart, professional, hard working, and someone who instills confidence in a worrisome environment. I have had several attorneys in different states over the past 7 years dealing with ongoing family court matters. Some have been great, others, not so much. Kathryn has definitely been great to have in my corner. She took the time to speak with me on the phone on 2 occasions, before I retained her as my attorney. She never once made me feel like I was intruding, or made me feel rushed when explaining the issues with her. She listened to my concerns and gave me honest, concrete answers as best she could. I have found that this is not always the case in the legal world. Kathryn taking the time to speak with me because she was actually concerned about my issues, was somewhat surprising, but also helped to put me at ease in a very stressful situation. She seems to be the exception to the rule of what the stereotype of a typical attorney is. Her no nonsense, brutally honest manner has been a breath of fresh air.
