As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't sure of how the process would go or who to turn to. I was referred to Tom and his team at Rumbolt Law by my realtor and I'm so glad I had them on my side. From the beginning, Holly was great and made sure every duck was in it's row ('til the last very last day)! When it finally came to closing and I met Tom, he was very efficient in explaining the (lengthy) paperwork and made it a great experience for myself and family members that came along.
