Alicia and her firm were great to work with! She was very knowledgable in the new laws with closing on home properties. When ever we had a question, she would answer the question right away with a fill explanation. She was great to work with and would defiantly recommend her to my family and friends looking for a closing attourney. She is great!

Champagne and Marchand PC did an amazing job assisting my fiancee and I on the closing of our first house. What we expected to be a smooth process unfortunately was not the case and what Alicia and Kim were able to accomplish beyond excceded our expectations. We had issues with the sellers signing the P&S and our closing was also drawn out by the sellers going through a nasty divorce and not agreeing on anything, damage to our new potential property, legal issues that had nothing to do with the closing upon many more. Alicia and Kim were able to get the job done and compensate us with what we deserved. My fiancee and I are so grateful for being given the opportunity to work with Champagne & Marchand, if we hadn't we may not be in our dream home! I highly recommend Alicia and Kim for any legal needs you may have.

Alicia stepped into the middle of an estate matter coupled with the selling of a property. Her no-nonsense, take charge attitude I greatly appreciated. She helped ease my mind and reduce my stress levels. Alicia stayed on top of all the moving parts to get us to a successful sale. The Massachusetts real estate process is completely different than any other state we've lived in. Having a capable Real Estate Attorney is key to making the purchase as easy as possible. Ms. Champagne was recommended to us by our Realtor. She explained the purchasing process to us and ensured we understood how it would all progress. We did not have an easy path as our first house fell through. She looked out for our interests. She ensured we were not trapped into a bad purchase and worked to get the contract cancelled and our money back promptly. While our second house purchase progressed quickly, there were issues regarding a Power of Attorney. She patiently helped us work through the necessary forms and documents required for the situation. She and her team were flexible enough to help us move up the closing date so we could finally get into a house. Her competency is something to be relied upon. We will be working with her again when we go to sell this house in a few years.

Alicia was incredibly helpful in the entire process of purchasing our condo. There were several difficult situations with the seller and the seller's attorney (unclear title documentation, no condo rules, seller wanting more than appraisal, etc)-- she handled them all perfectly and we were happy to have her on our side fighting for us.
