My wife and I recently used Monteforte Law to develop a complete estate plan for the two of us. We had met with two other attorneys previously, but they were only interested in selling us their vanilla plans, which didn’t meet our needs. Mike was the first attorney to actually listen to what my wife and I wanted. He took the time in our initial meeting to answer all our questions, and offered good ideas and alternatives on how to proceed. After that first meeting we signed up for a complete estate planning package. We spent several weeks going back-and-forth over email and video conferencing to fine-tune things, as the more we understood about the process, the more questions we had. Mike was always quick to reply to our questions, and his staff was professional and pleasant to work with throughout. Mike’s rates were also very competitive when compared to the other two attorneys we had met with. And one of the best things about Mike is that he’s a regular guy who’s easy to talk with – more like talking with a friend than having solemn discussions with an attorney. Bottom line, if you are in need of estate planning, we highly recommend the team at Monteforte Law. We certainly look forward to working with them in the future as our plans may change.
