Attorney Crystal Morello listened carefully to my situation on the initial consultation and her professional counsel gave me a gleam of hope at that very moment. Within 3 weeks of our initial meeting I was scheduled for the biometrics and within 3 months we had the first interview and was later referred to the Judge. Due to the backlog we were scheduled to see the Judge in two years, during the entire period of waiting Attorney Crystal worked with us giving updates and prepping us for the interview. Definitely one of the best immigration attorneys...Christina was very thorough, highly supportive, extremely organized and overly understanding. She provided great advisement. She also supported my dad in preparing for and attaining his permanent residency. Although, I was out of the country for the latter stage of the process, Christina left nothing unchecked and ensured my Dad was well prepped for his interview. She even accompanied my Dad to and in the interview. Even more, she kept us updated at all times as we could not be present due to Covid19 restrictions. She also completed timely followups, and checkins. Equally important, her pricing was fair for extraordinary service. I had a very complex immigration case, the brief of it, I needed to file a motion to re-open my case, for an adjustment of status, this wasn't easy due to the nature of my case, a final order of deportation. My case was not easy, it was a 20 year struggle and I went to a handful of immigration attorneys over the past twenty years who offered me little to no hope. Then I met Christina, my wife and I instantly felt a connection, not only did she listen to all the details of my past, we felt she had an interest in our future. She didn't paint a picture of how easy this would be, there was no arrogance or confidence about her. She listened and explained that it would be difficult but that it could possibly be done, through a series of steps. Steps that she outlined literally for us, hand written, with the steps, and the amount of money it would cost for each step. She spoke in a way that we could fully understand what each step would entail, she explained which steps would be the most difficult hurdle to over come and than what would come next. My wife and I have started our 16th year together, we have three children, and we were at a constant threat of separation. Everyday things one takes for granted like driving a car, having a job, carrying a wallet, medical insurance, coaching your child's sports team, weighed heavily on us at all times. Christina and her team listened, they understood, and they worked very hard for us. My family and I are forever grateful for her strength, determination, expertise, and honesty. I am now a lawful permanet resident because of Christina. Christina and her team always answered the phone, returned messages, followed up, sent documents in a timely manner, offered pre-meetings, and more. Her and her team will forever by like family. We are just starting a new chapter in our lives and when we have been at our darkest moments believing that there was no hope, she worked with us and supported us to the point that we are at now, the sky is the limit!
