I was involved in a car accident, and it was the other person’s fault 100%. I only had liability insurance, and I was in the process of getting screwed. Even though the other driver failed to yield the right away, her insurance company fought reimbursement from the start. My insurance company said it’s a normal game the other insurer is playing. After several calls to the Other parties insurance company, they straight out told me they were not going to compensate me (to fix my car or injury) and that was final. I had to get legal representation and Daniel was who I chose. I felt like you never sugarcoated anything and where is as real as it gets . Not only did I get compensated for the damage to my car, and injury, the other party was 100% liable for the accident (as it should have been). Thanks Daniel, and I strongly encourage everyone to contact you if they need help with an overbearing insurance company.
