Matt is personable, explains complex issues to a non-legal mind efficiently, and instills confidence that issues I worry about will go as smoothly as possible. He set up a trust and transferred my Real Estate title to it for me. Highly recommend Matt!

I have a family with young children and wanted to setup a trust to protect them. Matt was very easy to work with, patient and knowledgeable on EP (estate planning) especially in regards to MA law. We had two in-person sessions with Matt to go through all my questions on trustees and beneficiaries designation, to funding the trust. Matt was also easily reachable by emails and phone calls for follow up questions. Matt charges a fix price and I've compared with other EP attorney in area and his fee is reasonable. Personally I am a very hands-on person and would fix everything myself (cars, house, retirement planning, etc). But EP is one area I must admit that "I do not know what I you do not know". Overall wife and I were just glad to have use Heritage. It is one time fee, but my family is now more secure and prepared for the future.

Matt is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Me and my husband wondered why we dragged our feet on getting our estate planning done for so long because it was so simple and streamlined with Matt. I highly recommend him. I’d give him 6 stars if I could!

My wife and struggled to find an attorney to help us create a sensible estate plan. Most initial consultations were not about our needs and felt more like meeting with an over zealous sales person. However, Matt was different and that was obvious from the initial phone conversation. Matt asked good questions, listened to our answers and presented clear options. He broke things down in a way that made the process clear and accessible. Last month we met with Matt to review the proposed estate plan and sign the documents. Ten days later we received a binder containing hard copies of the plan and a thumb drive with the electronic documents.
