Last year my wife and I both turned 70. I started looking around for all our legal documents which we'd done many years ago. I could not find my will. I ask our attorney to recommend an estate planner and one name he suggested was very familiar. I called that office. and it turns out Ken Simmons is the son of Kenneth Simmons. Kenneth senior and I had served together on an executive board of the Boy Scouts of America in Cambridge. So using his son Kenny Simmons was a very easy decision. Our situation was a little challenging. We have 3 sons, we had already helped two of them out with some real estate and had one more we still needed to help. We also had a family trust that had to come into our new revocable trust. Ken was able to handle everything. We were able to get everything done in a number of face-to-face meetings and one zoom meeting. Ken took great care of us and we also want to thank Melissa the paralegal in the office.
