My husband and I had a Family Trust set up by Ken Simmons our experience was great . Ken was so knowledgeable and personable we felt very secure in our choice of attorney. He also did trusts for other family members of ours and was highly recommended.

My Mother just had a trust created by Marco Schiavo and his team. I have to say they made a task that can be overwhelming and uncomfortable easy. The language used by Marco we could easily understand. All of the requests that were made of his team were accomplished timely, and with little stress on our part.
I would recommend Simmons & Schiavo to anyone requiring help with estate planning or elder law.

Everyone from the receptionist to the lawyers were so nice! The lawyers did an amazing job of walking my parents and I through the whole process. They repeatedly clarified information in different ways to ensure that everyone understood what they were doing and signing for which was very appreciated. My parents are very happy and so rest assured about the whole experience. I recommend 100%!

We had such a wonderful experience with Attorney Schiavo. Estate planning can feel daunting and uncomfortable, but Attorney Schiavo helped make the process as comfortable as possible. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. In addition, he and his staff were so friendly and approachable. Marco Schiavo did a great job drawing up an estate plan for my mother. He listened to her concerns and objectives and talked about how they would be addressed. I liked the way he was able to explain the estate process so that we could understand while still being respectful. The firm has staff to help with changing ownership of assets that is really a time saver.

I highly recommended Marco for Estate Planning. He take his time listening to my wife and I on what we need for our Trust. He explained to us clearly and recommend to us what important. He was incredible, taking the time to walk us through new concepts, lay out the process and demonstrate patience with us as we worked through difficult decisions.
