I have been trying to navigate a MassHealth home and community based waiver (frail elder) so that my dad does not have to go into a nursing home. He is on home hospice with less than 6 months to live. I called the Heritage Center in large part because of the reviews that spoke to his timeliness, responsiveness, professionalism, humanity, and expertise. ALL were 100% true in my interactions with Matt Karr. He answered every question I had in our consultation fully and helpfully in easy-to-understand langauge, and provided quick follow up clarification directly addressing the specific needs for my dad's case. Most of all, he also showed empathy and kindness amidst it all. He is a life saver and I cannot recommend him more!
