Attorney Massaro was a tremendous help to me this month with a very contentious child custody case vs. My son's Mother. She got the situation resolved to my liking very quickly and efficiently, despite the opposition's flair for invented drama and false statements. Truthfully, most lawyers don't take on contentious case like mine in short notice but Attorney Massaro is on top of her game and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

I recently concluded a case involving child support modification that was fairly complicated. Michelle applied her expertise in this area to help me find a resolution that provided for my current situation and potential future issues. I worked with Michelle on a divorce case. It was my first time working with a lawyer and for a divorce (which may be the case with most people:)). I had no kids and we both had almost equal income. I had so many questions and doubts. I did a consultation call with Michelle in April. She was very thorough and explained to me the complete process and the different routes that I could take. After the discussion, I knew I wanted to hire her. She answered all my questions throughout the divorce process and understood my situation. She knows her stuff well. I filed the divorce in May and got a pre-trial appointment for Dec. I tried to reach an agreement with my ex-husband, but he was very difficult. In the end, we reached an almost 50-50 separation agreement. I was divorced by Jan of the next year. Michelle was very clear about her fees and how much it could cost if the case prolongs. I'd recommend her but also suggest the petitioner do their own due diligence and calculate their assets fully so they are prepared for equal distribution if needed.
