I was having difficulty communicating with immigration and there seemed to be a problem. Vivian called immigration and found they had somehow mixed up my name. She got that fixed and requested they expedite. This request was ignored twice. If she had not called and helped with matter I could not have done it myself.

We hired Vivian to help us through the fiancé visa process and obtain a green card after the marriage completed. The situation was complicated by a large (27 years) age difference between myself and my fiancée. I was worried that the interview would be difficult, but Vivian provided expert guidance, given in a calm and professional manner. The whole process went very smoothly. Our visa was approved without any problems. Once in the USA, we obtained the greencard in record time- just 6 months after filing our adjustment-of-status paperwork.
