Excellent service very professional

I dealt with a lawyer for a personal injury, Michael G who was great. If I was rating this company on his help, I would leave 5 stars. However, I used Anne Grenier for my divorce, and had an awful experience. Twice paperwork that was supposed to be filed with the court were "lost". I was charged for her to draw up a settlement and send to my ex's lawyer. After waiting about a month for a reply, I called Atty Grenier to check and see if they had responded. She tells me no. So I call my ex and ask why he has ignored my settlement offer. He says he doesn't know what I am talking about, he never received and offer....he even confirms with his lawyer. Atty Grenier calls me back and tells me that she forgot to send it. So she finally sends it, and charges me AGAIN to do it. She had already charged me for it even though she forgot to send it! And she charged me for the phone call to tell me that she forgot to send it!! Then the court sets a date for my divorce hearing. She does not notify me about the date at all. I find out that it's ten days away from my ex! I call her to find out about it...and she says "oh yea, I didn't even notice." Then she charges me for the phone call that I made to let her know about the court date!! After all is said and done, she waits three months after my divorce to send me another invoice with an additional $450 worth of charges!! She went back through and double charged me for emails and phone calls that she had already been paid for!! And what can I do?? It's a law firm and they didn't care one bit when I presented proof that I had already paid for those services. The attitude was pay or else. I would definitely not recommend this law firm. The process of going through a divorce is bad enough without feeling like you are being stabbed in the back by your own lawyer the entire time.

Jane is an amazing attorney. Caring, helpful and responsive with her clients. I never felt like I was just a number. She is personable and negotiated many times on my behalf avoiding going before a judge which can be intimidating. When my benefits were stopped suddenly, she assured me and got my benefits reinstated. After a year my benefits were reduced and she was to get my pay reinstated. She continuously worked , asking me questions and using her top notch skills to get my pay reinstated along with retro. She is an amazing attorney! Highly recommend

I am so pleased with the work Jane Eden and her team has done on my behalf. My denied claim over turned in court and the insurer ordered to pay all benefits. Eden and Rafferty will fight for your rights and benefits. Do not give up hope just call Jane Eden and she will get results.

I had a very tough disability case that every other lawyer I contacted wouldn't take the case. Eden and Rafferty took my case on and after 4 years, 3 denials, a hearing in front of the judge where she only partially ruled in my favor they got another hearing and I finally got the positive decision that I deserved from day 1. They did all of this to only get paid if I won which is why the other attorneys wouldn't take the case. They saw that I was truly disabled and needed the help to receive the benefits that I worked hard for and deserved. I am so thankful for their compassion and always positive outlook even when it looked pretty bad. I couldn't recommend anyone better than Eden and Rafferty. Also a very special thank you to Bonita Porter for being so amazing and handing me off to a very competent and helpful David Maille who worked very hard to finish up and win my case. Thanks again
