The attorney I work directly with recommended Nicole Colby Longton. She proceeded in a methodical way to break down the case against my son into its component parts. She systematically, with motion papers and requests for documentation, put the district attorney's office on notice that this case was going to get the attention it deserved and she would zealously defend her client. I know that Attorney Longton was the best person to represent my son in this all too often adversarial system that is stacked against most defendants, including innocent ones. I could not have asked for better representation. My son and I are truly grateful to her for excellent representation of him. I was referred to Nicole Longton by a friend of mine who told me she was a good lawyer. I was charged with a felony that had the ability to ruin my life. I went to Nicole for help, and she came through for me beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was accused of leaving the scene of an injury accident, I wont get into the details of what occured, but a charge like that carries a possible jail sentence, as well as a felony record. Just being charged with a felony is enough to put a huge blemish on your record, and limit your possibilities. I would not say Nicole Lonton is a good lawyer, I would say she is a great lawyer. Me and my family will continue to use her if any other issues come up!
