I strongly recommend Nicole for an attorney. She is awesome!! I retained her services from another state because my nephew had a situation in MA and she was able to not only be victorious but gain my respect in a big way because she cared enough to help a kid from being entangled in the web of the system where it would taint and follow him like a shadow for the rest of his life. That was her main concern, most lawyers are just about the money. She is about integrity. Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart!!

We found ourselves in a unenviable position last year. Our son was accused of Title IX sexual assault accusation on a college campus by a fellow student that he explained to us was consensual. After speaking with him and hearing his side of the story, I was confident that this would just quickly be dismissed once a reasonable person examined the facts. However, I then started researching other cases and quickly ascertained that we would need professional help. I contacted Nicole and was notably impressed by her knowledge and her no-nonsense approach to describing what we were up against. She well extremely well versed in the procedures that we needed to follow and was extremely detailed orientated. She immediately took over the situation, and I can honestly say without her shepherding us through this, we were destined for failure. This is unlike any proceeding you would be familiar with. Reasonable doubt and innocent until proven guilty are not baselines in these types of cases. I would strongly suggest if you find yourself in this type of situation that you take the necessary measures and hire a competent attorney. In my opinion, you will not do better than Nicole.

I highly recommend Nicole if you ever need an attorney. I have never been in trouble before and went into a former employer, Verizon wireless. One of their sales reps fraudulently added something to my account when I specifically told him I didn’t want it. I wrote my former district manager about the situation, hoping for once he would do the right thing and fix it. He didn’t, so I continued to climb the ladder all the way to the CEO. While the situation finally got resolved by the CEO’s office my district manager went to the police and sought harassment charges, probably because he got in trouble at work. Despite a judge ruling in my favor against a restraining order the state still pursued the charges. Nicole took on my case and was able to get it dismissed as there were never any threats made or anything. She is confident, professional, and her billing is very fair and reasonable which can’t be said for most lawyers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After consulting with a few attorney's I decided to retain Nicole Longton's services and I could not be more pleased with the decision I made! First of all, I would like to tell Nicole how grateful I am for doing an amazing job representing me. She is very hardworking and even at a short notice, she can be the difference for you in terms of getting the justice you deserve. Without getting into too much detail, I can tell you this. I was falsely accused due to some alternative motives the accuser had in order to use the justice system to hurt me and my future. I was given a very short notice until the hearing but looking at the first set of documents Nicole was able to tell the claims made against me were wrong accusations using her experience. Then she went over all the evidence I gathered for her in a very short time, and extracted all the crucial key ones, then presented them to the judge in such a professional manner, which ultimately resulted in true justice being served. Case dismissed.

I hired Mark Zarrow for a guardianship case, where my ex wife passed away and her family tried to take guardianship stating that I was unfit mentally and medically but was proven wrong.
