Lawyer was great But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel. In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. I had a great experience working with Brian, he really helped me understand the process and what we could do for the best outcome.

Liyun did a fantastic job handling my case. She was professional and listened to my wants and needs. She guided me and gave me and fiance counsel when we needed it most. She really went up to bat for me when I felt like I didn't have anyone in my corner. I highly recommend her she was able to point out issues in people handling my case and how I should proceed accordingly.

I am very grateful to have received the expertise, support, and patience that Attorney Agyepong delivered to me. She responded to all my communications promptly, shared her expertise and insight with me transparently, and regularly sought my feedback on how I wanted to handle matters and what next step I felt most comfortable with taking. In the court room she was always prepared and up to date on my case even if our last consultation was a couple days before or a couple of weeks (due to my sporadic work schedule) before. As someone who works in a hospital I was very grateful that she had a flexible schedule and often worked on my case after hours. Everything in the divorce finalization resolved to an amicable and acceptable outcome which was only obtained and resolved because of the legal expertise, professionalism, and excellent advocacy skills of Attorney Agyepong. If circumstances ever require me to file for a modification, or for other legal services, I will definitely seek out Attorney Agyepong once more.

Brian is incompetent. He should go back to doing finance. He has written on his website that he serves his clients interests rather than his own; however, he serves his own interests and then some. It is important for a lawyer and his/her client to have a strategy and not to have swirling drama, especially when the lawyer is representing the father as the father doesn't have the same privileges as the mother with the Boston courts. Brian had no strategy and provided no case law; but rather just his opinion. He took hours to review documents which should have taken 1/10th as long. He even charged me for withdrawing as my attorney. $3500 retainer at $350/hr resulted in no action items. If you want to waste your time and money Brian is a good choice. The bar is low with him.

It's been a little over a month since I started with the firm to handle my case and I have heard from them once asking for a little information, so I assume things are going ok, I'll let you know if anything changes,

Complicated real estate transaction based on an estate sale initially the firm recommended I do appointment as personal representative myself which saved over $3,000. The rest of the process was handled efficiently.

Liyun Yang was absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave me more information in the first week of service than I got from the 8 months of working with my previous attorney. Ms. Yang was understanding of everything I had discussed with her and she gave me wonderful advice how to proceed with my case. If I would have started with her in the beginning I believe my case would have concluded many months earlier. I do believe I should get a refund of my legal fees from my previous lawyer I believe he extended the case to raise his fees. Ms. Yang, I believe, would have handled the case in a timely manner which would have lowered my payments by a great amount. I really can not say enough about Ms. Yang and would recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney. Thank you Ms. Yang!
